Olivia is a Partner of Wells & Co. As the Practice Manager she is responsible for the day-to-day operations in delivering the Wells & Co. exceptional standard of client service which includes the commitment of truly personal financial planning. Wells & Co. pride themselves on long-lasting client relationships through their holistic approach and their clear accessible advice. These are principles that Olivia truly believes in and they govern how she works.

Scarlet joined the Practice to support Olivia in delivering the Wells & Co. excellent customer service to all clients. Scarlet brings her exceptional organisational skills and quickly became an integral part of the Wells & Co. team. As Office Administrator, Scarlet is responsible for ensuring our first-class service and our superior client delivery is always maintained.

Phoebe is currently studying for her Level 3 Business Apprenticeship whilst working within the Practice to ensure she is soaking up all of the knowledge from the wider Wells & Co. team. Phoebe will be supporting Olivia and the team on delivering the Wells & Co. first-class client servicing, along with the important administration work which is fundamental in maintaining the personal service the Wells & Co. team are known for.

Whilst the Wells & Co. family are at the centre of the team, we take pride in delivering a wider consultancy team made up of consultants, para-planners and financial advisors, along will specialists from the SJP family.
